KIDS KRAV MAGA Junior defence academy
We have 2 age groups in our JDA:
Junior Warriors (age 4 - 10)
Teen Krav Maga (age 11 - 16)
Our Junior Defence Academy (JDA) uses the same syllabus as our DEFTAC Krav Maga program that includes multiple attackers, ground fighting, striking, stick defence, and stick fighting.
We adjust the intensity and leave out some of the more aggressive topics like guns and knives.
At DEFTAC Studios, our JDA students learn important self-defence skills, situational awareness, increase in their confidence and also have a lot of fun!
Junior Warriors (age 4 - 10)Monday & Thursday: 6pm - 6:45pm
Teen Krav (age 11 - 16)Monday & Thursday: 6:45pm - 7:30pm
Saturday: 8am - 9am
